Do I have to fundraise?
Yes. The Run for Justice is one of Public Counsel’s major annual fundraising events and all participants are expected to fundraise. We ask that each participant tries to raise a minimum of $250, but there’s no need to stop there!
What if I want to run the full Marathon or Half-Marathon?
You can absolutely run the full or half marathon instead of or in addition to the 5K! Please contact Erin Farrell at efarrell@publiccounsel.org for registration information.
What if my firm/company wants to be a sponsor?

Will I still get a medal and a stylish orange t-shirt for participating?
Yes! Each participant will receive an LA Big 5k race medal, a Public Counsel race medal, a Run for Justice t-shirt and an LA Big 5k t-shirt. So, there will be medals and t-shirts galore!
What about Covid-19 safety?
The 5k run/walk will take place outdoors. For our pre- and post-race gathering, there will be plenty of outdoor space just outside the Club for those who feel more comfortable gathering outside. We will also have the indoor space for those who prefer that.
